How To Apply Form :-
- firstly go to Official Website www.mponline.gov.in or www.mppsc.mp.gov.in
- Candidate will have to fill the post name alongwith game and category for which he/she wants to apply .
- Candidate’s Name fill their first name , middle name and last name in capital latters.
- Father’s / Husband’s Name Candidate will have to fill his father,s / husband,s Name in Capital Letter’s .
- Mother,s Name fill his / her mother’s name in capital letter’s.
- Date of Birth should be mentioned in DD/MM/YYYY format.
- Gender should select as applicable ( Male / Female ).
- Nationality Candidate will have to fill Nationality i.e Indian or Others .
- religion Candidate will have to fill his/her religion i.e Hindu , Muslim , Christian , Sikhs , Buddists or Others.
- Marital Status the Candidate have to fill their current marital status as Married / Un-Married / Divorce / Widowed
- Catetogy Candidate have fill their Category
- Mobile number Candidate has to mention a valid mobile number . providing mobile number mandatory .
- E-mail ID Candidate has to mention current and in use valid email.ID.Providing of email ID is Madatory . If Any candidate does not provide /mention his/her email id, he/she will be responsible for non receipt.
